Bushnell scopes

I have had a Bushnell 1.5/4x20 on my 300wm for six months now,it has handled it so far.I bought a bushnell dusk and dawn 3/9x40 with illuminated recticle to put on my howa 222.But im not tempted to stick it on my 22/250.It has an old weaver fixed 10 power on it.What bushnells are you people using and what calibres are they handling?

the 3200 elite and the 4200 elite are built to withstand heavy recoil, was repeatedly tested on a powerful magnum rifle , i believe it tells on their site, i have always used the cheaper bushnells and no problems with them but never had anything bigger than a 308 to use it on, i have a Leupold now

the elites are high quality scopes, the cheaper bushnells are hit or miss.

One of the common Bushnell scopes around here is the Sportsman series.
They are in stock at Wal Mart year round. The 3X9-40mm is $59.84

Have Banner series 50mm sitting in a box. Had it on a 7mm Rem mag. But sold the rifle kept the scope. Means I need to gat another rifle. I used in low light (dawn & dusk) worked good. I know there are better ones out there, but this one works (worked) for me.

I have a Bushnell Sportsman 3-9x40 on a Howa 1500 .338 Win Mag, and a Bushnell Trophy 4-12x40 on a Howa 1500 .308, both scopes have performed flawlessly, at the range, and in the field.

I've had 14-15 bushnells over the years and never had to send one back for repair. Right now I have 3 Banners, Two Trophy 4-12X40 on two HB heavily modified 10-22's. Two Elite 3200, a 2.5-10X40 on a 308, and a 2-6X32 pistol scope on a S&W .44mag. One Elite 4200 1.5-6X38 on a .375HH. Like I've said I have had excellent luck with all of the Bushnells, but now that the wallet's in better shape I'll buy more of the 4200's they're super nice.

They sell .50 BMG's with 3200's on them and guarantee the scopes.

love the Bushnells

I have the Bushnell Legend on both of my Win.model 70's.Both rifles are WSM's.One in .270 and the other in.300.The legend by Bushnell is a great scope. It handles the recoil just fine.

I have two Trophy and one 4200 Elite Bushnells.

I can't say if they are the best...great...mediocre or otherwise as everyone must evaluate for themselves.

I know mine has suited me with no problems so far.

I would stay away from the cheaper models if you can afford better. I have sent several back for repairs with no trouble and was satisfied with the service but that was quit a few years ago. I recommend Trophy or better in the Bushnell line, preferrably the Elite line.
