Anyone tried one of these? Konus M30

Has anyone had any experience with these scopes? The descriptions of them sound good, other than being HUGE. Can't find any reviews on this series of scopes, just wondering if anyone has tried them.

Found this on a quick look. They appear to be intended for the tactical crowd. I think most looking for a target scope in this price range would go for a fixed power like the Weaver T series.
