gun vise..

Ok, I have been thinking about buying a gun vise lately. I would use it to hold my rifles while cleaning them, accessorising and working on them. I think it would be handy to have instead of just laying the gun on its side. Is there a brand or a type that I should look for?

Now, to show my inexperience on the subject... I have also seen some guys at the range with similar set-ups, but for sighting in rifles. They usually have adjustments to go up and down, and to go left and right. I am also interested in one of these set-ups. Do these usually hold the rifle tight, or (as it looks) does it just sit in there? Once again, is there a specific brand or type that I should look for?

Or, is there one that can do this all, and more???

Thanks in advance..

rifle rests are for sighting in, making small adjustments, the gun basically rests in them. midway sells a gun vise and it works well for cleaning, bedding and other minor rifle work.
