7.5 Swiss reloading problems--

Hi, would be interested in hearing from anyone who has done reloading for the 7.5 Swiss Schmidt-Rubin K-31 rifle, I've encountered a problem when using new Norma 7.5 Swiss brass, in that it will not fire most of them-- My rifle fires the Swiss military ammo, O.K., with no misfires, but for some reason the Norma Brass is seating too deeply in the chamber for the firing pin to make contact with the primer. I mic'd the Swiss military brass, and also mic'd an unfired Norma round, and they were very close even tho the Mil. round had been "fire-formed". Does the7.5 Swiss headspace on the shoulder of the case?
Also would like to have some good load info that others have come up with.
