Is Dragunov Illeagal in Cal.

I was wondering if the Dragunov was illegal in cal. I dont see why it would be illegal, because they use 10 and 5 rounders and are semi-auto. Anyone from California know?

flash hider
pistolgrip/thumbhole stock
same type of receiver as AK
