K-31 swiss

After hearing lots of folks on this forum who like the k-31Ive been considering buying one.
Im having trouble finding an ammo source for the 7.5x55 swiss. Is it getting scarce?
Also, I read that for reloading purposes, the .308 and the 7.5 bullets are the same thing, is this true?

Southern Ohio Gun has it....
Sportsman's Guide has it...not cheap but not crazy expensive either...

Sportsman's Guide: 60rds/$26.97...120rds/$49.97...480rds/$189.97
SOG is a little cheaper but you have to have a FFL/C&R to order from them.
