Thumbs up

You and DANA probably have the largest gun collection of gunandgame.com members that I know of.

Thanks Oxford. I dont know Dana. But you have to go to the Mausers Thread and look at Sarge's collection. He can outfit a whole division.

Lots of safes Squirrelbaster. Security systems. Big dogs. Armed guards. Booby traps. Atomic bombs. Etc.

Weelll, not quite a division. I can also move some of them and have the radios so they can communicate.
I like things military so I have jeeps, trucks, Kubel, MC combi usv, rather than civilian vehicles. Hell my daily use silverware is marked USN on the handles, Carried a place setting for 6 out of the chow hall over a period of time. I normally wear either Dungarees or Fatigue pants, almost never civilian pants - only have 1 pr. Wear them on banquet night at conventions along with my woodland camo golf shirt.

Yep, But as Bed Forest said - get there fustest with the mostest. 3 or 4 in a mustang with all their gear would be a full load in any model mustang. 2 3/4 tons or a duce & a half would carry more and get there almost as fast except in a straight line. Cross country capability qucikly makes up the difference.
Mustang would sure be a lot nicer ride!

Dang, Capt'n! That's a potfull of nice shooting irons. When you finish that collection, you going to work on the guns of the Boxer Rebellion collection or something like that? All those Chinese-imported rolling blocks and bolt-action Lees and etc.? That would be a collection and a half!

Seriously, seeing your photos, I get green at the gills with pure-dee jealousy! Wow!

Well 8 Mustangs may not be the ultimate in transport. But I do have 2 other vehicles as well. And within 5 minutes I can get 120 vehicles all gassed and ready to go. Intercity box trucks, 4X4 pickup trucks and SUV's, cars and vans. So I could move about 500 to 600 people in no time.

Come to think of it I can get about 100 more vehicles after that. If it came to a SHTF situation. But these would need to be gassed up.
Ya Moose you just want me to leave my collection to you in my will doncha?

I have US Military from AR-15 to 30-40 Krag. I would like to continue back all the way to revolutionary rifles. But of course this requires a lot more money.
