Best Gun Finish'es

Sometime today I hope UPS delivers the CZ 82 I odered from AIM.

It is advertised that these pistols are in excellent condition with a little wear to the finish along the edges of these fine pistols.

These guns were painted at the factory where they were made so I would expect some minor chipping.

Memebers and Guest of Gun and Game in your oppinion what would be the best finish to have done to this pistol if I were to have it refinished.

And this would be good information to others that own pistols and long guns.

And who do you get to this service.

You could blue it yourself. Its not really that to do.
Here's a link that shows how.
BLUE WONDER Gun Blue Instructions Novum Solutions, Makers of Blue Wonder and Muscle Wonder.

Or you could parkerize it black but that requires a little more work and equipment.

I'd say either DuraCoat or one of the bake-on teflon finishes from Brownells. The teflon finish has an added bonus of adding a bit of lubricity to any moving parts that get coated.

Gunmetal blue finish over a textured surface to reduce glare off the top of the slide.
