| Billy That Henry should fit in with the revolvers.I have never heard this discussed but I know they use very light loads in cowboy action.I have often wondered if the real light loads used in a short barreled revolver might pose a hazard in the long barreled rifle.I think I would load for the rifle and use those loads in the revolvers. The danger is sticking a bullet in the long barrel. sam. |

| G&G asst.dino wrangler ![]() | from all the warnings ive gotten about light loads .it seems they are dangerous! i am just going to start making regular .45colt loads. i dont care how much the powder costs. im not a cowboy shooter and recoil doesnt bother me

| If you are going to reload for the 45, try Trail Boss powder. It works great in my Ruger Vaquero Sheriff's Model and my Winchester 94 carbine, both in 45 LC. |
