Kel Tec 40

Now that there are manual safeties out there for Glocks, I'm thinkin about possibly getting a pistol/carbine combo of Glock with Kel-Tec.
Main concern I have with Kel-Tec is that the charging handle is in a wierd spot. That may be prohibitive for my purposes if it reciprocates (flies back with every shot). So the question is, does it reciprocate or not?

Yep, it does. It's attached to the bolt, similar to many .22 rifle actions. This has bugged me too, as I'd like to put one in a fixed rifle-style stock - but the design would make it difficult.
