Pps 43

I just picked this PPS 43 up from www.classicarms.com . I remember a few years ago when these came out and were selling for $400-$500. Classicarms has them on sale for $269 so I decided to take a gamble on one being that
this model has the updates that were giving problems when they first came out. Being its a pistol and a heavey one at that I am going to be using a 3 point sling and a redot scope on it. I made a rail for mounting a scope from some aluminum milspec type rail I had left over from a previous project. I still need to repaint the rail and blue the screws but I think its going to work out pretty well.
I think its going to be fun to plink around with at the range. The factory sights are caibrated for 100 and 200 meters but i'm sceptical about being able to hit anything at that range, maybe if it was still fullauto you could LOL.
I haven't been able to find any info on how accurate these are but I'm hoping to be able to shoot a 6 inch group at 50 yards. If I can do that I'd say this is going to be a fun little gun to play with.

I have been drooling over one of those for about a year now. Let us know how it shoots. With the price lower, I may just drink the Koolaid on this one.

I too have been wanting one of those. I just can't justify the expense. some favorable range reports just might put me over the top though. especially if you come up with a good sighting system for them.
