Actually, the suit wants to restore the same rights BACK to all Ohioans, not restrict military voting rights. Here's the suit...

The three days prior to the Nov 6 2012 elections would be saturday, sunday. and monday. So we are really only talking about being able to vote on the prior monday since many county offices are closed on saturday.

Will the insanity ever end. The suit sounds like only Dumbocrates will be affected by the no voting 3 days prior to election day rule.

How much you want to bet that most of the multiple voting fraud takes place in those 3 days before election day. Getting all the voter lists that go out to polling places corrected in 3 days would be hard to impossible especially in a place that hasn't computerized to the point of weeding out the criminals.
