.22hustler was there any 57 chevys there?
We had one gowing up and I loved riding in it.

Those were great, thanks for posting them!

Love that little blue Chevelle and the Mercury Marauder is cool too!

Much to my surprise, only 1 was there. It was a copper-colored 2-door, a sport coupe I believe, with no post.

Is the Impala convertible a '65 or '66? I have a hard time distinguishing them from the front.

65... Growing up, we had 2 new Impalas. One was a turquoise color and the other was gold. Dad and me drove the turquoise one and mom drove the gold one. I wasn't allowed to drive the gold one for obvious reasons, . The 65's had the 6 round tail-lights, while the 66 had a sorta of wrap around tail-light.

Thanks .22hustler, I love the old impalas and the '65 is a particular favorite of mine, had a '65 Bel Air myself. IIRC the '66 also had a somewhat flatter grille than the '65..? I've been away from the classics for too long .

My uncle had a pair of '65 hardtops he got in one of his famous horse trades. One of them was the SS version and my grandpa had a '65 Caprice 4dr hardtop.

I stole the pic of the Goat. I had a '69 RAIII (a Judge in all but the paint job.)
The '66 Impala was more squared off than either the '65 or '67.
The Torino Cobra looks good too...if you like red.

One of my dream cars, of which I will never get, is a sky-blue, 1966 2 door Biscayne with a 427. There's one for sale, in pieces, near me on craigslist right now, but the CFO would have a fit if I bought it.
