New Home Buying (revisited)

I printed out all of your comments and suggestions from the thread I started a while back asking advice on home buying. Well, I'm excited to say that as of today Melissa and I were approved for our first home loan!

Now the real fun begins.......narrowing down from the list from the fifty houses that we have picked out!LOL

Feel free to post any after thoughts......1* Thanks guys.

Get one with a really big garage so you can put in a fridge, stereo, TV and it has to have a drain in the floor so you can tinkle in it after drinking all that beer that you put in the fridge! Then it has to have at least 4 bedrooms so you can have a den and your wife can use the other 3 for her shoes and outfits!

Think about a moat and drawbridge too.

Well, I have a pretty good insight into 911 calls in the area's we are looking into, being a cop and all. My wife is in real estate so we have an advantage there.

Course, I hadn't thought about putting a drain in the garage as Joe sussested, but I like the idea. I need a room for my band to jam in, and one more for all my GG gun buddies...course both will have a built in keg if I have my way.
