anyone seen any white tail deer in area 24? there are lots of mule deer but not a single white tail.

Don't know about Area 24, but you want to be careful what you shoot at in Area 51. You might start an interplanetary war!

I didn't know NM had white tails. I hunt SE New Mexico so not sure about Northern NM. I have a bow tag for January (Unit 37) I'm looking to fill.

There are some Whitetails along NM's southeastern border and some adjoining counties, but none up north, central, or west.
