This is an invention in search of a problem. Wouldn't it just be easier to put a chest type electric cooler next to the chair, open the lid and reach in? That way the Clydesdale Horse Pee he's drinking wouldn't get all agitated and soak him when he opens the can.

He stole my invention !! I invented that over 30 years ago. I had to shelve the idea because whiskey on the rocks really hurt your teeth !!
