so the obama administration is in contempt of court. what is the judge gonna do about it? wouldn't it be funny if he put obama and his buddies in jail!
Every administration has rulings challenged in court. That's why we have 3 branches of Govt. Checks and balances. Looks like it's working. The founding Fathers got it right.

big difference between having a ruling challenged in court and being in contempt of that court. i hope the judge gets mad and does something about it.

Go figure the guys that set it up knew what they were doing....
The court ruling of contempt is all over the news. I wonder if it will ever make it to The Huffington Post. Some media outlets are screaming about it while others hope it goes away. I think it is here to stay.

“President Obama claims to have lifted the Gulf moratorium, yet not a single deepwater permit has been issued in nine months,” Jim Adams, the association’s president, said in a release after the ruling. “As a result, thousands of workers are out of jobs, Americans are paying more for gasoline and heating oil, and our nation is becoming even more dependent on unstable nations for our energy needs.”
It looks like the biggest well head blowout is in the White House.

With the unrest in the middle east. We better start drilling again. Along with working the tar sands...
... and building those 60 new nuclear power generators that should have been built or in building instead of 40 years of a ridiculous "nuclear moratorium." There is no reason for our national power grid and industries to be fired by “oil” furnaces, oil that could be used for transportation until an alternative fuel is found.

Very true, the insanity of the world to rely on coal, oil, and natural gas for power generation only depletes the natural resources and increases air pollution. Nuclear power while it does have minor drawbacks is really far and above a green way of producing energy. Also spent fuel has long had a viable solution for recovery for reuse and then disposal as a low level waste, its just the cost is high and with a government that is accepting the cost for decommissioning and containment its cheaper to outsource rods from France or another country that has already accepted the challenge to be nuclear friendly.
Few people realize that there are 50-60 loaded 13,000 -15,000 ton coal trains leaving the Powder River Basin in Wyoming each and every day. This doesn't include all the other coal operations from other parts of the country or that mine right at a power plant. The total coal consumption every day is staggering to say the least and some of that coal is now going to China and Europe and as some countries try to work at shutting down their existing nuclear plants demand for North American coal for export will skyrocket as well as our power bills.
