they say we have his body. it should be buried at ground zero with a privacy screen around the grave... so people don't have to worry about being arrested for indecent exposure when they piss on it.

One has to wonder, I do anyhow, if the intel gained came from someone other then the Pakistani government? If so, will and are they now entitled to the $25 million reward? And then if so, will, can or could that money now go to help Al Qeida.
And FYI- The helicopter as part of more info Fox News just got and released, said it crashed due to mechanical failure? Whether the mechanical failure was helped from or by bullets from an AK or an RPG or some other device remains to be seen. And hey, let's face it, the aforementioned can and will cause mechanical malfunctions.

^ My dad said we ought to cremate his body and flush the ashes down a toilet in NYC. I like that too.
They said they're going to "dispose of" the body as opposed to burying it...I think that's a good thing.
Honestly in this case I think doing it publicly is appropriate. We need this closure, I need it. Every time go through a metal detector and get my crotch frisked by guards after taking off my shoes in my own freaking country just to get on an airplane it's because of him.
Make it public, show the proof, make it easy to get.

Burying him at ground zero would taint the ground and if done and said to be done, it would cause Muslim's in support of him to either always go there and pray or go there to try and bring it down again.
And I too think they should just cremate him and then televise for ALL to see the simple action of the flushing of his ashes down the toilet!
I say this because I feel our soil is too good for his remains!
Wow, I've never seen so many people on one thread! Check it out, we have lots of visitors reading what we are posting. I hope we don't look too vengeful,to the general public! But then again, there are many vets on here who have signed that open check, in order to defend America, and we do deserve to celebrate the death of an avowed enemy of our nation. So you fellers just carry on with the celebrating!
God Bless America, long may her flag fly, over the land of the free and the brave!!!!!
i think they should have just killed him and taken a pic for the archives and not published it and let him fade into obscurity...he doesnt deserve the publicity. and if obama is taking credit for it,he should also be ready to take credit for the retaliations from osama's idiot followers. nothing can be gained from making this public knowledge except for obama being able to say "I got him!" ...im sure it will help him be re-elected.
So he was living in a compound that was just built in 2005. Living there with his son he must have felt he was pretty safe.
NO WONDERS WHENEVER WE WENT TO SEND A MISSILE SOMEWHERE INTO PAKISTAN THEY TOOK SO LONG TO REPLY. IT WAS BECAUSE AND SO THEY HAD TO FIRST WARN HIM. Again, no wonders Osama felt so comfortable living in Pakistan!
Now was it because the Pakistani government officials were scared of him or of his group retaliating if they didn't or were they being paid to protect him? OR BOTH?

Nice sentiments, but my money says the SF's involved were dressed just as grubbily, smelly, longhaired and bearded as all the "citizens" they had to blend in with to get close enough to complete the mission. They sure as hell didn't rappel out of a Blackhawk. I'd bet those boys have been in-country and mingling with the locals for months.

Grubby or not, that man was an American soldier that represented each one of 300,000,000 of us. Through his eyes Bin Ladin saw the courage and heart of a nation.

I'm glad the s.o.b. didn't die from kidney failure. The only way for him to go was by having an American missile fired up his arse!
While I kind of feel the same way, He has now been turned into a Martyr. Had he died of kidney failure he would not have achieved that status. I am glad he was brought to justice though.
It's a great day for the world to be rid of such an evil person.
