Dog lips that stuff has been around for a long long time.
It has been diffacult to get decent accuracy out of the Sabot rounds.
1800fps out of a Cz52 is pretty cool though.
I have fired regular ammunition .30 cal (S&B) and clocked it at 1660fps
7.62x25 is a HOT round that most people dont know about.

Gona do the 9mm reload thing (got 1000 case comeing tommorw) then the 45Colt.. My goal is 500 or 1000 rounds for each calaber I have....7.62x25 is after the 45 Colt (trying to add 1 or 2 Calabers per payday)....found the Hornaday XTP and Seirra bullet (one place showed data on a 110grain 30 cal carbine bullet "plinker") so got some choices....the thought of Hollow points in the 7.62 excites me.....was thinking about the sabots with a 45grain Hornaday V-Max bullett......might be a good soda can killer

Figure by Xmass I should be listed as an Ammunition dump on the Chinease invasion maps
