It's truly sad.. Here in Rottenchester,( Rochester), this weekend in the "Peurto Rican Festival", where the people celebrate their heritage.At night, it's also a combat zone, with people hanging out of cars, vandalism, beatings, shootings, etc,etc,etc. It happens every year !!! Police were on the tv the other night saying they were going to have a very visual appearance. Now, just about 20-30 blocks away is the Park Avenue Festival, with various peddlers and the general population can attend and enjoy themselves. NO POLICE ACTION HERE!!! Do I have to say it, or can you figure it out......
Didn't this same sort of thing happen at the Wisconsin State Fair last year as well? I do remember reading about something similar at a fair in the Midwest somewhere last year.
Note to self: if you go to the Wisconsin State Fair, bring Mace and flash-bangs if you can get your hands on any.
CY, last year I parked nearby the state fair...two blocks away from a similar incident at the time it was happening. The Milwaukee City Mayor was beaten severely two blocks away from where I parked.

Looks like animals are getting by with this behavior. It will continue to intensify I'm sure.
Mabe the next big event, they have a contingency plan of a sizeable amout of LE from various organizations standing by.
I will say this...... Where's Al Sharpton and Jesse Jackson when chit like this happens? If this would have been Whitey crashing a Black festivity, we'd never heard the end of it! The National Guard would have been called out and every Caucasian in Wisconsin would have been questioned! Try that chit here in Oklahoma and see what transpires.

The racial tension SINCE Obama astounds me, but then again I expected it. He galvanized the white supremacists, and angers the general population. He's a very polarizing figure. I can only assume that the young black population sees the verbal attacks as an insurrection they must retaliate against. IDK. Perhaps I shouldn't try to figure out idiocy.

Flash mob attacks like this have been happening with increased frequency all over the country for the past 6 months, there have been several dozen just this summer, but our media ignores them or hides them altogether, not reporting on them outside the local level because it would be politically incorrect.
Can you imagine the media circus both nation and worldwide if something like this happened and the colors were reversed? It'd be in the news for months, a congressional investigation would be put together, Al Sharpton/Jesse jackson would be there instantly demanding justice, etc etc.
We are being led like lambs to slaughter, our media is brainwashing us and lying by omission.
I can almost guarantee that if someone with a CCW were there and defended him/herself by using deadly force, the head line would have been different.
I tried searching the German papers for this incident and came up with nothing. If it were self-defense I'm sure the German papers would have something saying that a white person shot several black youths due to racially motivated violence.
Reminds me of when I was teaching in Flint and then Muskegon from '67 to '73.
In today's context, I find myself wondering about gang involvement above and beyond the racism thing. It could almost be a situation where a street gang has decided part of the fairgrounds are their turf, but that would be a little weird.

We get PETA types with placards outside the fairgrounds, but haven't seen anything like that. Our fair is definitely more about ag than the carnival, and a group that size would have to drive about 30 miles to get here.

The Castle Doctrine has helped a few homeowners since it's adoption here in SC. A couple other States have recently passed similar legislation to help their citizens too. Get out and petition those law makers folks.

It wasn't random. I saw a report about it on the news today. The groups are called "Flash Mobs". They communicate through sites like Twitter and when the right text goes out, a couple of hundred teenage thugs get together at an agreed upon location and just start beating on the local populace for no reason other than "it's fun". This is what American children have de-evolved to thanks to liberal laws that don't let parents discipline their children properly. To put it bluntly, our children have become soul-less, unfeeling, cowardly monsters who think it's fun to get together in large groups that can't be easily dispersed and beat up old ladies and fair-goers.
The attacks are not random. I'm agree with Stale on this one, if any of them get close to me or my family I'll empty both mags and school some of them on the proper use of a knife.
Another thing that I found interesting is how many of these youths were female. It used to be that these types of things were dominated by males but apparently not any more.
Like I said earlier...I didn't lose anything at the State fair and I ain't going back until and unless I can carry....Glock 19 in one holster, back up in pocket and at least 4 extra mags.
