You do that in one of the parks around Fayetteville and you might be charged with hunting over bait.

Have him arrested for sexually assualting a tree; after all, the greenies contend plant-life has feelings too.

I agree, how ever I would be contacting the police ASAP and would be looking to press charges for harrassment against the person who was harrassing me. Im not about to roll over and play dead to anti-hunters who want to try to push me from my hunting grounds.

Tom, I'd call it citizen's arrest and detainment, while under the stress of hunting food for the family. Family comes first, and you had to get the deer butchered and into the freezer! The next morning, you realize you left the poor criminal tied up in the woods, and go back to take him to the police. You can't help it that he was running around in freezing weather naked, and trying to scare off game! So the poor fella is blue, and shriveled into himself, And chattering that you did this to him! Just explain that your teenage daughter was with you, and he tried to get too close to the blind! And that you were SO UPSET, after you got your girl home, and got the deer finished, you were so tired you forgot all about the blue skinned child molester you'd apprehended in the forest! That oughta keep the creep in for awhile!

Heck, I'd just call the cops and tell them I caught some pervert humping a tree.

Shucks Tom, they'd come and get him before he had time to realize the error of his ways! It takes a long night of hugging a rough tree while nekkid in freezing weather to learn a good lesson! And it might deter him from breeding and raising more little tree hugging perverts!!!
