Talking Back too School Shopping Lessons Learned

As the father of 3 daughters 2 are in school (12 and 13) I have learned a few intersting lessons in back to school shopping.

1. Dad should never ever go with the wife and daughters to the mall to buy cloths.....
a. If dad likes it .. it becomes instantly uncool. I suggested 1 outfit...the sales clerk pulled the item and simaler items...and burned them on the spot.
b. There is no way to hang out in a female cloths shop with out feeling like a pervert....you always seem to end up standing next to the thongs or ogaling the sales clerk BTW Wifee poo will notice you drooling over the silacone implanted sales clerk in the super skimpy outfit.
c. All cloths the daughter and mom like (short of full muslim attire) will look way too revealing for DAD's Daughter.
d. The less cloth and the less work needed to make it....the more it cost....a loin cloth would probly cost $500 if sold in a mall

2. Kevlar and AK-47 are not considered "back to school" items....checked the list 4 times....not even a decent CCW pistol on the list. Girls especialy dont see the need to get a back to school rifle/pistol....make up is appearently required by law. By the way make up is appearently made of platnum or at least is priced that way.

3. Wife and kids going to pick up "a few things" will = a morgage payment.

4. The cost of cloths and school supplies for 2 girls would have gonten me a nice 50BMG...pluss accessories....hand delived by a stripper....however seems to fit in a very small box.

Talking

Hey Doglips...I fully understand what you're saying. I have two daughters which are four years apart in age.

Wait till you find out that it gets worse than what you experienced in "back to school" shopping.
For instance...

--cars...can't be seen in anything practical: think they should be in a BMW or something cool.

--dating...regardless of how far over the face his greasy hair falls, if he's cool in her eyes he's Mr. handsome and is perfect in every way. Don't you dare say anything about him or even mom gets on your back, too.(ha)

--Graduation...the price of everything she wants just went up even though she only has a part time job paying minimum wage.

--College expenses, weddings, babies, and the list goes on and on. You're just getting started. Enjoy the adventure and keep on smiling because she's just your sweet little girl forever and you're her favorite daddy. She'll talk you into anything so just accept it and pay on and on and on.

Aren't us guys lucky to have to have the opportunity to have daughters.(ha) Personally, I wouldn't have traded the experiences for anything. Now I've got three grandkids and the cycle starts over again. (And, of course, all I said above was in jest.)

Ox
