Your tax dollars at work....!

Wow,
Saw these hard chargers working on a state road today, took a picture and decided to have some fun, I placed dialog balloons on the two "workers" and a thought balloon on the non-state worker aka Contractor, please feel free to copy the pic and add comments for the "workers" and the contractor.......

Wouldn't happen around here. Our city has laid off their high priced and heavily benefitted union workers and replaced them with private contractors and you guessed it, those contractors use illegal laborers. I wish our property taxes would at least go down because of the savings but they won't. Never does.

Kinda reminds me of Caltrans, in California! LOL! Five guys leaning on shovels, and watching one guy pat down a blacktop patch! Definitely our tax dollars at work, Keeping those shovels from falling into traffic!
