Seven city councilpersons, three felons. The FBI has been investigating the city government of White Falls, IL and has identified one city councilperson as a parole violator from North Dakota, another as an escapee from a state prison and a third as a Canadian citizen (state law says all elected officials must be US citizens). Special Agent Robin Taylor says, "We just ran standard searches on all city officials. We don't know what investigations the city runs for candidates - but it's obviously very relaxed."
