Thought you might be interested in an easy and really good recipe for Thanksgiving snacking.

Pumpkin Dip

16 Oz. Cool Whip
5 Oz. Instant Vanilla Pudding
15 Oz. Can Solid Pumpkin
1 Tsp. Pumpkin Pie Spice

Mix pudding, pumpkin, and spice.
Thoroughly fold in Cool Whip.
Chill.
Serve with HoneyMaid Cinnamon Graham Sticks.

Griz, I was thinking the same thing. It would almost be a pumpkin mousse pie. I told my wife about this recipe and she asked me why I didnt buy the ingredients while I was at the store.
