Musta been kinda tough keeping your living room dust free. Did the CO use white gloves during inspection?

On the other hand, that could be Kansas City some morning's with our smog free skies. Cough! Cough! :insane:

Thumbs up

Dem's a couple of mean looking dudes there. You had to put up with them?

Seriously, though, you did your job well and we appreciate all you did for us while we were in our air conditioned homes, cars, and eating whatever we wanted instead of camel ribs.

And thanks for taking time to post the pictures. That gives us enough taste of the sand to know why we wanted you to be there instead of us.

Are you allowed to post pictures of the side arms that you carried?

Ox,
I think they actually had Camel ribs in the chow hall one night. They were 14~16" no joke.

Our guns were locked up. The only time maintenance folks get to carry guns is if the air field isn't secured. Our biggest threat was terrorist. The security forces, combined with our coalition friends the Brits and Aussies took care of the security end.

Hey Papa, that futon is two cots tied together. The only reason we had a coffe maker was we had an E-9 (Chief Msgt) in our tent. If a chief wants coffe, they get coffee Oh, and no game.

Hey Jesse,
I'm back.
I read a lot of Dale Brown, Larry Bond, and Tom Clancy. Wanted to read Clive. Isn't he some sort of real life adventurer?
