I can't find this on the net

I just heard on the local TV news that there has been a stand off at a high school in Spokane, WA and that officers had to shoot the suspect......anybody got any more word on that?

Boy....they sure do feel the need to plug that "9MM semi-automatic" in there, don't they!?!?!?!

17 years old is not a boy anymore. I work with them all day long. They are no longer boys. Things have changed these days.

There has been a surge of violence this past week and a lot of shootings, I don't understand...why they don't put these perps down with bean bag shots or tazer gun in some of these incidents...there was a kid in the park the other day, that had a knife and they shot him, when they could have hit him and taken him down with a bean bag shot from a shotgun....shame....human life...he was at the 7/11 and was attempting to steal a 99 cent beer......and they found him in the park....408....Miss S

deadly force = deadly force. A knife can kill you, therefore you match the threat. Now if the subject is 100 feet away and has a knife, sure knock the crap out of him with a bean bag.

I don't know the situation but in LE we have a 21 foot rule. A subject with a knife can run at you from 21 feet and stab you before you can pull your gun and shoot.
