I can't think of a better reason for Remington to fix their gun.

Zimmerman's Been Charged, So Why Not Blackwell? - Forbes

Found this when i was reading up on Zimmerman, the article really has nothing to do with him. Its more about why Remington is a turd of a company and may have given this slimeball a way to get away with murder.

I wasn't able to read the entire article, but a manslaughter charge does seem plausible. But to have three people hit by one accidental or negligent discharge is really stretching it to the limit!

Pulling it out of a case...at the exact moment it lines up with 3 women.

More like he didn't realize it was loaded...or he was targeting the gun and the trigger was tripped.

To share an embarrassing story of mine, years ago I was putting a MagTech 20 Gauge top-break shotgun away, forgetting to check the chamber for a defense load I had in it. The only reasoning behind my using a single shot was that I didn't want to leave a pump-action loaded all of the time and risk wearing down the springs, if that were at all possible. The shotgun went off without me pulling back the hammer or actuating the trigger, to my recollection, and blew a sizable hole through my bedroom door, simultaneous making me go deaf for nearly 10 minutes. The ringing lasted a few days. No injuries as I was the only one home. My point is, it happens, and I have heard of weirder incidents than his...

But if he shot them on purpose, then that Nazi scumbag needs to fry.

This has nothing to do with Zimmerman, "journalist" hack.

It has little to do with Remington, as well.

Any make of .308 or .30-06 would be capable of doing the same thing when loaded, aimed, and trigger pulled.

"Accidental discharge." What a load of crap.

The fact that even a single person in the local law enforcement found that to be a believable story is what disturbs me most.
