Who made this metal anchor?

It appears to be a Hollow/Molly Bolt type sheet metal anchor, it used to anchor the Boiler stack to the side of the hanger, these blind anchors had secured the Standoff brackets to the sheet metal siding.

The thing is I Googled My brains out looking for it but dont know its name to get a hit.

Yes it snow'd last night

Found the answer (day 3 of my search)

This question came up Tuesday (5/01) I looked and ask'd round with no close answers, I finally struck pay dirt today (5/04) the answer came from another forum, I decided to pass along the info.

This fastener goes by two discriptions.

Probably fabricated and welded on site by some worker. Most commercial anchors are going to be cast steel or heavy gauge cold-rolled.
