I took another look at ACA and it seems to be a good deal. When I first looked at it I did not look deep enough for the membership information. I will check it out and see if it's something I would like. I totally support the idea of armed citizens in America.
It seems that ACA wants personal information before disclosing the membership fee. Make me a little suspicious about the whole thing.
Not true. When you go to the place to pay you can look at the bottom and pick your membership type before you submit anything. Annual = $25. Lifetime = $300.

I'll do as the others and look deeper at it when I have more time on my hands. Right now I'm busy with my favorite use of time, which is spending it right here with my friends and family at G&G!
I find it odd that this organazation has it's roots in the only remaining state not to have concealealed carry ! Other than that I would have liked to see a legal area for defense of members involved with ccw legalitys. Other than that it looks good so far!
I talked with P. R. Metcalf today about the ACA. The response has been overwhelming to say the least. It was announced on Friday, May 4th, and by Monday, May 7th, the website had been overrun. They are processing memberships as fast as they can at it will be handled in the order the request to join arrived. They gotten membership requests from all 50 states and, I believe he said, 20 countrys. Pretty amazing kickoff.

I'm going to wait and see what happens with this. More than a few odd questions popped into my mind while going over the site. I'll sit back and watch for now.
