I watch the AGS twice aday back to back...When Tv was real Tv and it was entertaining and not all this reallity BS shows. Sad to hear......George Lindsay made me laugh.....Godsspeed......

That just breaks my heart!
He had friends and family here in my home town and was often seen around town and was local hero.
He will be missed.

Way back in the late 70's, he had a restaurant chain called George Lindsey's General Store, and we had one in my hometown. One of the first jobs I ever had, bus boy and general kitchen worm. I remember when he came to visit and asked me to fetch him a glass of iced tea. Nice guy, as I recall.
