something smells in this story. just how stupid is the driver, don't he know what the load was? doesn't he know that Phoenix Az is west, and not south across the Rio Grande? doesn't our border guards check manifests, and inspect trucks going across the border?

this is not the first story like this I've heard at the same location. a U-turn lane in the US of A would have solved the issues.
