I scrolled down to the comments and was disappointed but not surprised by many of the CNN faithful.

I'm sorry to hear this. Those two gents were my reason for watching the show.
they showed us that people really can live as they want, in the old ways. And they were truly self sufficient in life. The comments I read were a sorry look into the hearts of many idiots who live in the world today. I hope they choke on their artichokes!

Well, whether or not you watch the show is not really relevant here. The point is that a good man died. I have watched the show enough to know that he was an interesting character that will no doubt be sorely missed by all that knew him. I wish his brother the best. As for the low class liberals on CNN, did you really expect more? I didn't.
