I just started getting into epoxy & polyester casting when I spied this pistol mold. I'm not real good with color yet, so they're only a light translucent blue. Next batch will be black. I'll follow up after demolding.
It started with cabinet knobs for the kitchen. I wasn't paying $5-10 a piece for 27 decorative knobs that the wild redhead wanted. The materials set me back about $40.
Here's my initial designs. The redhead liked the round knobs.
Hey idea, the light bulb came on. Wooohooo, that's a rare thing for me. Take some buwits and run them up the grip and put one where the chamber would be. Now that would be cool.

Just don't pick up the plastic gun by mistake if someone tries to break in your house, in the wee hours of the morning, standing in the doorway in your spongebob skivvies with a flashlight and a blue plastic gun, is not very scary to a robber.

waterdog, now just hold up a minute. If you read my post you might find it interesting. If Knurlednut uses my idea it just might work with a blue plastic pistola. It won't do any damage but it just might confuse the hell outta of the break and enterer LOL
