gettin ready for the car sho this weekend.

it's gonna be busy, especially cruise night saturday.
we've got over 1600 pre registries and probably a hundred more will just show up friday night and saturday morning.

yes it is. it's a 1969 montego mx with 84,000 on the clock.
technically it's my wife's car as her grandmother bought it new in 1969.
she can't decide what color to paint it yet so it's in primer for now

A friend of mine had the same model as that many moons ago. I should have bought it when he put it up for sale.

Unless it was s**t brown I would go with original color. Otherwise door edges, engine bay, trunl, etc. will need to be painted to match for it to look right. Nice looking car BTW. Have fun at the show and cruise.

well, it wasn't that color but close. it was originally dark ivy jade (green) and i hate that color.
i'm trying to talk her into painting it indian fire copper.
they said on the radio this morning that they had 1800 entries so far. it's gonna be an interesting weekend.
i'll post up some pictures next week.
