by the way I checked the status of the decocker and it drops perfectly no contact with the pin but I still am not a fan of how there is not a pin block like the Sig of Beretta has

Shaun,
Will you be releasing it to the public,or will it be a custom-on-request load?

Shaun,

We've already done the R&D for the 85, 86, 90, 93, 100, and 110 grain rounds in SP and HP. We've already got them on the market as well. I'm not trying to discourage you; I just don't want to see you waste good money. We've gotten the 85 and 86g rounds up to 1750FPS with 578FT-Lbs.

Jarcp - have you gone any larger than 110gr? If not, what precluded it?

JARCP I won't be wasting the time and research since I own T-M-S Ammunition Supply in TN, www.tmsammuntion.com I was talking with my partner last night and we are planning on carring everything from cast to jacketed from 70gr to 110 as well in both the JHP and SP's, furthermore everything is offered in a custom catagory allowing the customer to get exactly what they are after and I am going to produce an accelerator round as well using the 55gr .224dia bullets in a sabot.

Oh yeah but thats what makes the business fun working on stuFf to pull in customers. Oh I picked up several manuals over the weekend, the lab tech's at Sierra and Nosler are aleady working stuff up and I am going to be at the Nosler plant on Thursday to discuss some new bullet ideas for several calibers and this will be one of them we will discuss. one potential that I have already reviewed with them today is the idea of a ballistic tip

Jarcp,

I may just do that -- between both businesses we might convert the surplus shooters to go to a quality commercial round

Thanks for the info

Not to mention the fact the even if you do re-load considering the brass goes somewhere into the next county leaves a big hole in most peoples pocket. Shaun have you seen anymore of the x25 brass from S&B? It's been a while since we've found any and we are out. Starline isn't real pricey but S&B was better. Let us know what the boys at Nosler have to say I for one am darned interested.

Jcarp - Have never used the SB brass so I would not know -- in our new pistol ammo I use nothing but Starline due to high quality - when I first checked out the brass I bought 100 pieces and ran them through 50 reloads and firings it wasn't until the 51st reload that a case was found to be out of spec. (Thickness ) -- Plus my business offers a reloading program if the customer sends the brass.
