i keep hearing on the news that women are making less money than men.actually i have heard this for as long as i can remember. i would like to know who these women are? everytime i hired women on construction sites we paid for the possition . last time i heard it was not legal to pay differant for reasons of sex race etc. so where they gettin this junk? if the women wanna make more they need to train for a higher possition. thats how i did it.
Its NOT legal to pay them less.
The reason they make less is because
1. They take more time off (family matters and such)
2. Maternity leave
3. And a reason all guys have heard..."I have a headache"
They make the same salary but work fewer days.
