Talking You all will probably be tired of me in the next couple of days

Had a little minor foot surgery today. I'll be off my feet for a couple of days, & you guessed it. Right here!

If I get too annoying, tell me to bug off

I'll have to dig out some pics of the santa claus house if I can find them. I was there in '93. There was a big pile of antlers outside. I remember the inside was kid of a souvineer joint. I liked how all the places there had a post to plug in your vehicle in the winter.

Hey PappG, Iv'e had the roids too. That ain't funny! I smell what your steppi'n in.

Hey Jerry...speedy recovery on whatever you had done to your foot. Gives you time to take it easy for a few days while you're on the mend.

No...we won't get tired of your posts. Hey... you've got more traveling stories that I'd like to hear about. Get busy now and start posting. :right:

Jerry, Can you in IL. use 410 slugs for deer hunting. They started last year here in IN. I bought a Mossy for that, a 500 and had it bored and tapped for a scope as the open sights were too far off. Havent tried it yet, wondering what kind of slugs to buy. Hope you do allright after your surgery.

I guess all this time I have to sit here, I can figure out how to torment Joe

The minimum is 20 ga. maximum is 10 ga for slugs on deer trapfreak. Iv'e wondered about the .410 the slugs are wicked from the .410. I'd buy as many brands as possible and try them all for grouping.

Thanks to you all on the well wishing.

Get better Jerry!

The Dr. sez - You've heard the old term "bite the bullet", SO; If it hurts a little bit, bite on a 9mm bullet. If it hurts really bad, bite on a .50 BMG round. Adjust caliber to pain accordingly in between.

When i got the novicane in the foot I needed the 30mm on my desk! One shot below the left inside ankle through the nerve and two through the top of my foot. I could feel the needle hitting the bottom of the foot. Fun times!
