Of course I always enjoy reading all the posts, and always learn something new, Joe I Nearly fell right off my chair...I laughed myself silly, how do you come up with this stuff....I never knew tatoos would keep you out of the military, my dad was in the Navy and he had some awesome big tatoos, one was an American Flag with an Eagle, and even though it was made in the 50's it was red white and blue color.....all those Navy guys had them, so why can't they have them now?

He probably got in trouble for having it on his hand where it can be seen. I got 4 tattoos while I was in, but took care of them and they are not seen unless I'm in a t-shirt. If they had got infected, then I would of been in big trouble.

one thing ive always wondered about, is my pop telling me that if you were in combat zones they just pulled all your teeth, it could explain all of these ww2 people with dentures, he told me they had no dentists, and did not want to screw with it, and if you go to combat they just pulled your teeth, im not sure of that, they pulled his in one day in san diego, again im not sure some thing to look up
