Thumbs down Cheyenne Brass Sucks!!!

My local source of brass did not have any 357mag once fired brass in stock....the last guy I ordered from was out too.... SO I did the internet search thing and stumbeled in to

Cheyenne Brass
http://www.cheyennebrass.com/

Little company but what the heck try to support the underdog when I can...ordered 1000 rounds of 357mag brass ...... been 10 days and still not arrived....contacted them (they dont seem to return telephone calls or e-mail)....and they said it is probley delayed due to holadays....should get it soon.....Now stuff I ordered from Midway, Cheaper than dirt, and even the free sample from Miltech oil all ordered about the same time has arrived last week.....been used and put away.....UPS just droped off something down the street and drove right by my house....so not comeing today...and with no tracking # no way to tell when it will come...oh well..back too the telephone....Just thought I would warn others about this company.

Thanks Shaun...I need to order some more brass...this was a test order.

I e-mailed...and called the company's 800# about a million times....finaly I got e-mailed a trackign #. The order was not even shipped until I started to call and ask about it...(12/28/03)..I also belive that I only got a respons because I said that if I did not hear from them today I would have my bannk "dispute" the debit card (which works like a credit card) tranzaction and go else were.

I find this to be something that I hate to put up with.....I order a product pay for it and expect it shipped...and to arrive as descriped of course...The stupid part is that just shipping the items as expected would result in a customer being happy and thus ordering more stuff...so more $$......instead of a simple e-mail...hay got side tracked and shipped your order on X date...I get ignored why they shipped it...not like it would be hard to hit reply....oh well their loss my $$ gets sent somewere else that appearently wants it more than they do....of course this post may or may not cost them an order from others....or a happy customer..like Shaun giveing out info about a company he likes generates an order for them.....oh well its over for now

I'll see if I can find info on another supplier for you that gets really good stuff - because of my business I have access to wholesalers like Black Hills shooting supply

no biggie..for now Im up to my ears in 223 and 9mm brass...close to 1000rds of 45acp...but want 500-1000 more....the 458 and 45/70 is only at 100 rounds each.
357 is at 1000....Im focaseing on the 9mm and 357 for the IDPA thing...and the 458 and 45/70 for 100 yrd rifles. In feb I plan to start trying to get my 223 reloads to hit paper at 100 INCHES then move out to 100yards....but for now 10 inchs (distance) seems to be a big challange for the 223 reloads to keep a 3 foot group after that 454 and some other goofey calabers will be lined up

DL you might try making the investment in New Starline Brass it will last a long time - when I tested it for my companies ammo I ordered 100 pieces of 45 auto and used +P rated loads and repeatedly reloaded them after 50 reloads of these cases measuring each case after firing I finally found a single case with a crack -- I recommend this brass to everyone that I come in contact with that reloads it is far far superior to anything Remington or Winchester could produce. 357 is 1s 75.50 per 1000 shipped to your door -- shipping is already in the price go to www.starlinebrass.com you can order from the price page

I use starline brass in my .357 mags, .45acp and 45-70, it's excellent.
