Anyone know where one would get an integrally suppressed 10/22 barrel to just screw onto an existing action?

The first Gunsamerica ad looked good. Nice to be able to use bull barrel stocks. It may fit in my custom stock some day. If I ever got a class III, I think I would do a suppressed carbine of some sort.
