Thumbs up Mutual of Omaha's Wild Kingdom

I remember watching this as a youngu'n. Great program. Seen they are still around. A program about elephants.

Wild Kingdom was ranked right up there with The Waltons, Brady Bunch, Giligans Island, Little House on the Praire, Dukes of Hazzard, Starsky & Hutch, Ponderosa, etc.. etc.. Somebody stop me!

Also there was, I think CBS sports. "The thrill of victory, the agony of defeat!"

Talking

I loved that show! There was an episode where Marlin got "wrapped up" in his work, trying to capture a large python.

Jim is still around - he appears on one of our local stations every so often, and still works with animals. Now he's the old man letting the youngsters do the tough work. Hey, Jim paid his dues . . .
