On the home front, news reports from the FBI this week estimated
that al-Qa'ida-affiliated sleeper cells may exist in as many as
40 states (though our sources indicate that six of these are true
al-Qa'ida cells prepared to target East Coast urban centers). These
cells are funded by Islamic front-organizations and supplied with
key personnel from the estimated 70 Jihadi training camps remaining
in Pakistan and the Pakistan-occupied Kashmir region, operated by
Harakat ul-Ansar and Lashkar-e-Taiba. Both the FBI and CIA have
made significant progress in suppressing these cells' planning
and activities -- thereby forcing their active cadres to lie low.


Why are they even here? Identify the problem......deport it....simple!

It's just a disturbing thought. Almost like they are makeing excuses why we need the Pat. act 2. Very disturbing, to me. I know others don't agree, and that's okay. It really bothers me, though.:nod:

Seems simple enough to me,if we didn't have all this criminal activity going on a lot of folks and their programs would not be in the picture,you know,supply and demand.
As lond as the criminals,of all denominations and trades are running amok they can have carte blanch,including all those "patriot acts".

it's simple they leave them alone till they attack then they say we need more money for this and that . then they say we need to invade some country to save us from them.you can't invade a country without a good reason right!! oh!!i forgot about iraq. never mind

I think it's the stupid mindset of letting smaller criminals keep up with their work in order to catch the bigger ones. What they miss is that the smaller criminals either are or become the bigger criminals, or keep them strong. Catching the smaller ones is progress towards the bigger ones, and there will be lives saved. Tradeoffs my foot. Crimes need to be prosecuted, period.
