Talking Tracking the perp, Florida style.

Heard a few days ago on the local news:
A guy committed a burglary, and ran from the scene into the woods. He stumbled upon a small skunk, which promply sprayed him. The police followed the aroma, and made the collar. Wonder what the other guys in the holding cell thought!

Would that be cruel and unusual punishment for the others in the cell block? (ha) That's better than having pinned stripped clothing on them (If that's what they still wear). Couldn't escape far.

Probably his cell-mates will get a walk on the cruel and unusual plea. Seems to be how the justice is working.

I pity the officers who have to clean out their squad car. A buddy in the USAF years ago ran over a skunk, and it really stunk up the car.
