I can't reccomend, but. I was on jury duty for a cse where a gal got mucked up pretty bad. (any proceedure has it's risk)

I'd only try one eye at a time. As a military electrician if I were to have it done, they'd boot me out the door. Best explaination i can get is something to do with color blindness.

Be carefull.

my dad is blind in one eye and his vision is getting realy bad in the other i have been trying to get him to do this for years, one of the guys i used to work with did it and has no complaints but i noticed his eyes get dry alot and he has to put drops in them all the time but he has 20\20 in his left eye and improved his right eye to 20\15 so he won't need reading glasses.
i would say check with a bord certified eye doctor first then decide.

Lots of folks up here go across the border into Canada for laser eye surgery. I had it done four years ago and went from 20/200 to 20/40 vision. I can't say how it would help with scar tissue, but life is much easier without glasses.

well mostly it was from years of doctors digging lil chunks of metal out of it. i was a pipe welder/fitter for years before getting into supervision. but i think the biggest scar was from a 3/8 inch long wire from a wire wheel that flew into my eye back in 92.
