The NAACP says a Florida program to cut school violence by identifying 25 disruptive students each month and watching them closely is racist because a disproportionate number of those being monitored is black, reports the Associated Press.
The so-called Monitoring At-Risk Students program in Jacksonville is racist because 65 percent of the students targeted are black but only 45 percent of the student body is.
The sheriff who started the program hopes that changing its name to Managing and Resourcing Students and labeling the students "contacts" instead of "offenders" will help ease the critics’ fears.

The reason that prison populations are mostly black is that American "homey culture"
is based on disrespect of society and of everyone that isnt black and even then, they disrespect their own race too.
So thats why,
its no big mystery,
nobody wants to admit that is what it is,
because if we admit that, then they do not deserve any sympathy.
If they dont get any sympathy they have nothing.
Welfare is sympathy, Affirmative Action is sympathy, most all charity is sympathy.
if there was no charity most American "homey" blacks would starve or get shot stealing.
Charity is important, We are not ancient Sparta.
there are so many that have grown to expect and depend on it.
