| Hey Rufus, since ya can't do a "bomb" shelter, just apply for a permit for a wine cellar. Unless there are some really scewy hidden regulations, I bet that there are no guidlines as to how strong your wine cellar can be. A wine cellar that can stand a nuke - just the thing to protect your valuable wine collection (and your backside as well!)
