Kansas is my team. They're playing UAB tomorrow evening about 6 p.m. CST at St. Louis's stadium. It seems to me that UAB pulled the major upset so far in the NCAA tournament beating Kentucky, a team usually much better this season. Didn't watch that match but would guess that UAB played better than usual and Kentucky had a very bad off night. Nevertheless, UAB could do the same against Kansas if the stars are all aligned up right next to the Gateway to the West arch overlooking the "big muddy". That doesn't erase the fact that I'm still a big Kansas University fan and hope and expect them to get into the final four. :right:

Thanks, Jerry! I've been where you are plenty of times before and it's an emotional drain...at least till the next sunny day. Illinois had an excellent team, but Duke had a better day, at least on the one day they played each other with a sudden death ending to their season facing them. Now that you're on board with K.U. against their opponent, Regardless, Kansas will be playing tomorrow evening for the chance to get in the final four, which would most likely be against Oklahoma State University, the other OSU team that I kid NRAJOE about. I know...K.U. shouldn't be planning past the next game or they'll also be looking for the next sunny day, and the 2005 season, too.

Game time for the K.U./Georgia Tech game is 2:40 p.m. E.S.T. I'm heading north of K.C. about 90 miles in a few minutes and heading to Maryville. My S.I.L. had better have the game on or I'm heading to someplace where it's showing.

Ok, I'm over the loss by K.U. Today Georgia Tech was the better team, and now for watching the best (or luckiest) four teams in NCAA Division I Basketball in 2004. Teams in finals are: Duke winner over Xavier......................66-63 Georgia Tech over Kansas..................79-71 Connecicut over Alabama....................87-71 Oklahoma State over St Joseph PA...64-62 Now on to the final four tournament. It's: Duke VS Connecicut & Oklahoma State VS Georgia Tech I'm picking Duke...but I'm pulling for Ok State the lone Big 12 representative.
