I'm thinking what Whirlwind is thinking. It happened to me once just as you described. I woke up one morning and was totally deaf in my right ear. Freaked me out. Went to urgent care and they just squirted warm water and hydrogen peroxide in the ear with a syringe. It broke up all the junk in the ear canal. What came out of there was gross! Get it checked out first though. I got a kit from the drug store in case it ever happens again I can do it myself. The tinnitus is a different story. Its permanent but I seriously doubt you have that problem. |

I really think it's an ear infection because it's in pain today. I will find out tomorrow. If it's an ear infection, then I know I'll be ok at least. Thanks, guys, again for your prayers.

SRX...I thought of you yesterday morning when I was working a street corner collecting donations for a group whom I'm associated with. One red vehicle slowed down enough for me to read the words "Xterra" on its back. I thought...now there goes a SexyRedXterra! But...of course, you were in classes far away in Pennslyvania...or is it New Jersey. Right? Good luck with your ear. Ox

Hay! Maybe I was looking for something sexy to roll along. Got no offers, though, but a lot of people thought they should hand me their cold hard cash.

Some people say "black is beautiful"...but I was turned on by that red Xterra. When that small petite hand came through the window and offered me her all...I took the five dollar bill and said thank you mam. That's the best sight I've seen this morning. Then I woke up and started dodging the cars which were setting there with their horns blaring at us.

Ok, for an update on my ear--I went to the doc's today. They think it's an ear infection. I still can't hear out of it, but I hope it will get better soon.

Ok...ear infection...sounds like relatively good news. However, that means while taking antibiotics...no drinking or messing around.

Red; do you have a perforaqted ear drum? I did in high school from an ear infection and being slapped by my mom for having a smart mouth. Had to Cut my ear lobe from top to bottom; fold it over; and patch it with some skin. Then sent me home.

Wow, can't say that's the problem. The doc said it's an infection, and that I need to come back on Saturday.
