I got my work lap top back. But like using my home PC. Is there any easy way to run my laptop through my home PC, at least being able to use the keyboard and monitor. Iv'e got limited workspace and the lap top screen bites. Do they make a junction box or anything like that? thanx

You also can plug you monitor and keyboard into the back of your laptop without a problem if they are of compatible types, ie IBM/microsoft etc. I hate the laptop screen on mine and plug my desktop monitor right into the back. Plus my fingers are too big to type on the little keys of the laptop so I plug the keyboard right into the back of the laptop.

KVM allows both machines to be on at the same time and to use the same keyboard mouse and monitor. The benefit is that Jerry can swtch between both with the touch of a button

I didn't need the switch because I don't bring the laptop home often. All I did was unplug and plug to use them, since I don't need to have two CPU's side by side. I use a docking port at work and use a full size monitor and keyboard there also.
